噴砂房是我公司在蜂窩地板技術的基礎上，自行開發、設計的環保型蜂窩式噴砂（丸）房，可按客戶的產品特性、噴砂要求等設計制作。蜂窩地板噴砂房是利用風機的風力為動力，將磨料通過回料管道吸送到旋風分離器中進行分離，最后進入噴砂系統循環利用。

1、省去了常規噴砂房砂料輸送煤循環系統的螺旋輸送機，斗式提升機以及地下工程，不需建造地坑，節約了地基施工費用，大大節約了工程成本；

2、金剛石工具收購 率高，有利于清換金剛石工具；

3、最主要電力電氣開關元件均采取原裝進口品牌，享有功效穩定的，的安全穩定可靠，選用期限長，運維簡單的；

4、噴砂房室體內有高清晰的能見度，室體自然補風，節約能源消耗；

5、濾油機按照冷凝機組安裝除灰設備，第1 級按照風暴轉移器，第五級用過濾芯式安裝除灰設備控制系統，其總安裝除灰設備學習效率大約99.99%上；

6、在噴砂房正面房頂上部，配有“聲光報警系統”，在噴砂房內，配有急停呼叫按鈕；

7、各設備軟件化電氣抑制使用互鎖抑制，當各舉一設備軟件化造成發動機故障時，有關設備軟件化均為止事情，噴槍為止噴灑；

8、房體運用施工裝飾材料設計方案，外型簡約、美觀大氣、規范性，消除噪音視覺效果更好，且重新安裝便捷化。
